There's a lot of ways to do this, but how I make mine for print: open PRINT-IT-YOURSELF PDF in Mozilla Firefox > go to print menu> set 2 pages per sheet > set margins to none (this will make the back & front cover connect at the spine) > set two-sided printing to flip on short-edge > print > align stack with cover shit facing upward > put two staples through the middle, along the line the front & back cover meet > trim off the white boarders (optional) > fold at your newly stapled spine > crease > enjoy
